With decades of real-world experience in business, leadership, and sports, I provide honest, practical advice you won’t find in a classroom or locker room. I’m not a psychologist or therapist — I’m a mentor and trusted advisor who understands the pressures of performance, the impact of setbacks, and the discipline required to succeed.

Every player’s journey is different. My role is to listen, guide, and provide straight feedback that helps you make the right choices.
